YOUth CONNECT

Asociatia “Tineret pentru Dezvoltare Durabila” announces the finalization of the youth workers seminar 𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐓𝐇 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐍𝐄𝐂𝐓. The mobility was organized between 9-13 May 2024 in Busteni-Romania, in the framework of 𝐄𝐫𝐚𝐬𝐦𝐮𝐬+ 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 – 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, and gathered 11 participants from Romania- Asociatia Tineret pentru Dezvoltare Durabila , Italy- Beyond Borders Italy, Spain- Barcel’hona Sports Events, Serbia- KOM 018 – Club for Youth Empowerment 018 / Klub za osnaživanje mladih 018 and Poland – Euroregion Baltic – ERB.

𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐓𝐇 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐍𝐄𝐂𝐓 had a key 𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬-𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐫, reuniting 𝐤𝐞𝐲 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐟𝐟 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐫𝐬 from partner organizations active in the fields of youth, sport and public sector (local authorities), thus ensuring a strong multiplier effect to the results obtained during the accreditation project. It also provided the 𝐟𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐝𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚 𝐟𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐧𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤, aiming at sharing best practices and common resources in the field of youth.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐟𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐧 deepening, testing and consolidating results and non-formal methods obtained during the youth accreditation activities implemented between 2021-2023, as well as contributing with best practices of working methods developed by the partners in their daily activities.

𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜 𝐨𝐛𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐫 𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐞:

Build a trans-national and cross-sectorial network of equipped youth workers, that can better respond to the challenges of the youth sector in the fields targeted by the accreditation.

Provide a strategic testing and steering of the resources and results obtained throughout the accreditation activities, while making them accessible to wider target groups.
