โœ…In the training course take partย ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿฆฐ๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿฆฐ๐Ÿ‘ฑโ€โ™€๏ธ30 youth workers fromย ๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡ธSpain,ย ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡นItaly,ย ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ทGreece,ย ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ฟCzech Republic,ย ๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‡ฐSlovakia,ย ๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ฑPoland,ย ๐Ÿ‡ง๐Ÿ‡ฌBulgaria,ย ๐Ÿ‡น๐Ÿ‡ทTurkey andย ๐Ÿ‡ท๐Ÿ‡ดRomania.
โœ…The training course consists in a complex series ofย ๐Ÿ’กnon-formal activities and methods that aim at enhancingย ๐Ÿค”๐œ๐ซ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐œ๐š๐ฅ ๐ญ๐ก๐ข๐ง๐ค๐ข๐ง๐  ๐š๐ง๐ย โ„น๏ธย ๐œ๐จ๐ซ๐ซ๐ž๐œ๐ญ ๐ข๐ง๐Ÿ๐จ๐ซ๐ฆ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง, in the same time with tackling propaganda and disinformation among youngsters. The training course is built in the context of theย ๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡บ2024 EU level elections and has a strong community involvement.
โœ…The training course is emphasizing the need for a๐Ÿคbetter trans-sectorial interaction between NGO sector, public administration andย ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๐Ÿƒyouth workers, while working on developing and adapting methods for working with youngsters for development of critical thinking skills.
๐Ÿ”๐Œ๐š๐ข๐ง ๐ญ๐ซ๐š๐ข๐ง๐ข๐ง๐  ๐จ๐›๐ฃ๐ž๐œ๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐ž๐ฌ ๐š๐ซ๐ž:
๐Ÿ“ŒYouth workers adapted to immediate needs learning of young people in the new socio-economic context.
๐Ÿ“ŒEnhanced key competencies for youth workers in the field of Critical thinking and correct information
๐Ÿ“ŒTransnational cooperation between partners and network for exchanging resources and promote advocacy, with the goal of acquisition of skills for youth in a non-formal context.
๐ŸŽฏ๐“๐ซ๐š๐ข๐ง๐ข๐ง๐  ๐ฆ๐ž๐ญ๐ก๐จ๐๐จ๐ฅ๐จ๐ ๐ฒ is built on a series of 4 phases, that cover full 8 days of activities, as follows:
๐Ÿ”ดPhase 1 – Group cohesion and building a team
๐ŸŸ Phase 2 โ€“ Common learning and exploration
๐ŸŸกPhase 3 โ€“ Experimentation and generation of results
๐ŸŸขPhase 4 โ€“ Continuation and follow-up
๐Ÿ”‘๐Œ๐š๐ข๐ง ๐ง๐จ๐ง-๐Ÿ๐จ๐ซ๐ฆ๐š๐ฅ ๐š๐œ๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐ž๐ฌ, backed up by learning methods, are: Teambuilding and group cohesion, Mapping the Reality, Self-assessment framework, Reality of facts vs. reality of moods, Propaganda techniques, Prototyping and testing of workshops, Trans-sectorial focus groups with local authorities, Evaluation and feedback.
