🧠Critical thinking is crucial amid the intense digitalization of societies, especially for European youth facing widespread exposure to fake news.

📊Eurostat reveals that 83% of the EU population sees disinformation as a threat to societies and democracies.

🔍The Mythbusters training course addressed a challenging facet of disinformation—myths. Focusing on Europe, the participants navigated through various aspects of critical thinking,🤔 learning to identify and address myths. Project took place in Murzasichle-Poland, between 5-13 October 2023.

This project emphasized distinguishing between harmless and 🚫potentially harmful myths that may contribute to stereotypes and discrimination, equipping participants with essential skills for navigating today’s information landscape.💡

The main objective was to empower 34 European youth workers from  Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Spain,  Greece, Italy, Latvia,  North Macedonia,  Poland, Türkiye and  Romania in critical thinking, emphasizing myth debunking, fact promotion, and practical application in the youth field.
